| Acetyl pentapeptide-1 is a pentapeptide that decreases IL8 secretion inhuman keratinocytes when used in combination with acetyl hexapeptide-36and acetyl hexapeptide-38. Formulations containing acetyl pentapeptide-1have been used to decrease skin irritation caused by cleansing and asmoisturizing agents in cosmetic applications. |
