| Secatinib is a potent Src inhibitor with IC50 of 2.7nM. It also effectively acts on c-Yes, Fyn, Lyn, Blk, Fgr and LcChemicalbookk; it has a slightly lower activity on Abl and EGFR (L858R and L861Q). Secatinib is the first inhibitor of the Src pathway in human tumor tissues. |
